Guys Looking To burn Calories! Thanks to some amazing new tech at Onyx we can now track how you do in THE FAD classes. Check out these awesome results from one of our latest trialists Gav Jones! Over 850 Calories burnt in each session.... The way the sessions are run go like this: - 10-15 min Mobility warm-up drills - 30-40 mins of Functional Training - 10 Mins or stretching/Recovery! As you can see by Gav's results this Monday and Wednesday the ability to achieve your goals in these sessions are extremely possible! Great stuff from all the Guys who have taken part in THE FAD so far!
